With AI and digital transformation accelerating, now is the time to build your future with LINX.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSet up of jobs including entry into Great Plains as well as initiation of job folder documentationEntry of approved change orders into Great PlainsWorking with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate billing to minimize under-billingsCreating invoices in Great Plains and pay applications as well as sending the billings to the customer and uploading into appropriate portalsCoordinate travel for employees working on out of state projectsPer diem/check requestsExpense reportsLabel creationSupply orderingPrequals/credit applicationsApply for city/state licenses when necessaryPreparing submittal and closeout packages for Project ManagersMinimum RequirementsMinimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experienceExcellent organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze data, identify trends and make sound recommendationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPointProfessional working proficiency in EnglishPay rate varies based on location:Colorado Springs, CO: $22–$26/hour Chantilly, VA: $26–$30/hourTEAMLINX offers great benefits including:401K with 50% employer match up to first 5%Insurance options including medical plans with flexible spending and/or health savings accounts, disability, dental and vision8 paid holidays3 weeks paid time off (PTO) combining sick pay and vacation daysCareer growth opportunitiesThis job posting is open until filled and may close at any time without notice.
