We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/HCA) to join our team in Kirkland, WA! As a CNA/HCA, you will provide hands-on care to our clients, promoting their health, safety, and well-being in the comfort of their own homes. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed. Assist with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, eating, and mobilizing. Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in the state of Washington. 1+ year of experience in long-term care or home health care. Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
