Job Description As an
Events Assistant , you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and promotional activities. You will work closely with team members to ensure each event is organized, professional, and delivered to a high standard.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, setup, coordination, and breakdown of events.
- Support daily event operations and ensure activities run smoothly.
- Communicate professionally with attendees, clients, partners, and team members.
- Help organize event materials, schedules, equipment, and logistics.
- Provide on-site assistance and respond quickly to operational needs.
- Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve event goals and objectives.
- Assist with post-event organization, reporting, and follow-up when required.
- Represent IGL4US with professionalism and a positive attitude.
