To support the Medical Information Contact Center, the full-time Medical Information Specialist will manage responses to medical and safety inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Respond to requests for medical and safety information, providing accurate labeled and unlabeled responses Document and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with regulations and internal SOPs Perform quality checks on logged inquiries and maintain compliance with privacy policies and health and safety regulations Required qualifications Life science degree Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology Proficiency in English, including strong writing skills Experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under deadlines
